WHEN ARE THE CHECK-IN HOURS HERE?
Visitors can check in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. We aim to be flexible with your schedule based on our current availability.
DO YOU CATER TO DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
We gladly customize our dishes for meal preferences where possible. Please alert us to any requirements while completing your booking.
IS THERE A POOL ON SITE?
Yes! Take a dip in our onsite fresh water swimming pool, perfectly placed within tropical plants for a serene escape.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO STAY WITH YOU?
We typically have a two-night minimum. However, we may offer single nights if the schedule permits, so enter your requested dates into the form and our team will get back to you with the options.
WHICH AMENITIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE?
Your daily rate includes your room, a delicious breakfast, and WIFI throughout the property.
Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and drinking water from our village' fresh water source.
In-house barista-made coffee available for an additional charge.
IS ON-SITE PARKING OPEN TO GUESTS?
Yes, we offer complimentary secure parking onsite for anyone arriving with a car.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING KIDS?
Our homestay is designed as a peaceful retreat and is best suited to adults and families with older children. Due to the swimming pool and natural surroundings, we encourage guests travelling with younger children to contact us before booking so we can discuss the suitability of the property for your family's needs.
Our introductory soft launch rate is NZD $200 per night for two guests, including breakfast. Optional dinners and additional services are available at an extra cost.
WHAT are your room rates?
Once you submit your preferred dates, we'll confirm availability by email. If your stay is available, we'll send a booking confirmation email and payment options.

how do i pay for my booking?
HOW DO I GET TO SAVAI'I?
Savai'i is accessible by ferry from Mulifanua Wharf on Upolu to Salelologa Wharf on Savai'i. The crossing takes approximately 60–90 minutes. Walk-on tickets can be purchased at the terminal before departure, while vehicle spaces should be booked in advance.
We recommend checking the latest ferry timetable before travelling, as schedules may change due to weather or operational requirements.
